AJ Fernandez Enclave

AJ Fernandez Enclave

This was an attractive toro shaped cigar with a seamless, milk chocolate covered wrapper that was silky to the touch. The pre-light nose had a tangy sweet smell with some bitter, earthy hay-like notes that also carried over to the taste. The cigar was solid to the touch with a smooth and effortless draw. Once lit the cigar provided a full and rich aroma with more sweet earthy tones and a cognac-like character. There was a peppery spice that developed in the nose, and lingered on the palate after each puff. The cigar developed in body strength and flavor intensity as it was smoked without overwhelming the senses. It had more balance the longer it was smoked. There was a creamy smooth texture on the palate with a long and full flavored finish. The burn was slow, even and held on to a long and dense, dark gray ash. Overall the cigar was effortless to enjoy and offered a rich, balanced, medium-full bodied and flavored experience.
