AVO Syncro Nicaragua 10th Anniversary Diadema

A silky smooth wrapper covered this diadema shaped cigar. The pre-light nose was light with mild floral-like tones and it had a more earthy note on the taste. It had a slight, traditional box press with an even feel in the hand. Once lit the initial smoke had similar traits to the pre-light, mild floral flavors with a deeper earthy taste and creamy texture. It had a slight resistance to the draw yet was incredibly smooth and easy. The aroma also had a lot of the same earthy qualities with noticeable cocoa-like traits that became more pronounced as the cigar was smoked. A slight red peppery spice developed and lingered on the back end of each puff that was more noticeable when retro haling the smoke through the nose. A solid medium all around in flavor, body and strength with the strength picking up a little in the second half but never overwhelming the palate, allowing the rich flavors to take center stage. Very well balanced with a well rounded profile that entertained the senses for the entire duration. Overall, the construction was top notch with an even burn that hung on to a long, light gray ash. This cigar was incredibly easy to enjoy while delivering rich flavors and aroma.
