Covered with a dark and oily, slightly toothy wrapper, this cigar had a mild, slightly sweet pre-light nose and cold-draw flavor.  The cigar offered full bodied, creamy textured smoke with minimal spices in the taste.  There was a decent amount of lingering black pepper in the nose on the retro hale.

Medium flavor profile that had mild notes of cocoa, coffee bean a mild sweetness and spice in the aroma.  The spices gradually became more evident in the taste, lingering through the finish of each puff and were well balanced with the other traits of the cigar.

Fairly straightforward from beginning to end but offered a subtle, yet rich character.  Great construction with a smooth draw that had a touch of resistance and an even burn that held on to a long, light gray ash.

Medium strength slowly developed to medium-full in the second half.  Overall a very well made, balanced cigar that was easy to enjoy and delivered a satisfying experience.
