This cigar had a hardy appearance with a deep brown, rugged wrapper.  The pre-light nose was light with earthy wood and mild hay notes on the cold draw flavor.  Once lit, the cigar boasted a full body and texture with a deep, rich flavor profile.  Black and red pepper spices were immediately present and a consistent trait throughout the experience lingering both in the nose and taste.  The spice profile balanced well with the full, earthy character of the cigar.

A full aroma had more notes of spice, a slightly sweet tone and the addition coffee, dark chocolate and wood.  The spiciness settled a little bit when retro haling the smoke, but had a white peppery tone that lingered in the nose.  The smoke had a mouthwatering, full texture that engaged the entire palate making this a very well rounded, bold cigar.  The draw had a bit of resistance, but was smooth and effortless.

An even burn held on to a long, nearly white ash that didn’t want to fall off.  Outstanding construction overall.  The cigar had a full strength hit in the beginning, then settled a bit balancing extremely well with the overall flavors, aroma and body.  An excellent choice for anyone who enjoys a full and rich, flavorful, spicy cigar that will leave a lasting impression.  Ideal for after a big meal or paired with your favorite spirit while sitting back back to enjoy everything it has to offer.
