This cigar had an oily wrapper with a dark reddish brown hue. There was a big earthy pre-light smell. An open draw coupled with a great burn made this cigar effortless to smoke. Predominantly an earthy character with some spicy and cocoa notes. Medium-full body overall with balanced flavor. Great construction and an even burn that held onto a long and dense, dark gray ash. Very well made.
