A. Fuente & Co. Don Carlos 90 Años

This cigar had a slightly oily sheen and unique pre-light nose with hints of raisin, hay and cedar, all of which carried over to the cold draw taste. Once lit, the cigar offered dense, full bodied smoke. There were hints of black pepper in the nose when retro haling, with very little spice lingering in the taste.
The aroma also had peppery spice with a subtle sweetness and more notes of raisin and wood. Medium, medium-full strength overall depending on experience with a medium-full flavor profile.
The spice traits eventually lingered in the taste but balanced well with the texture, overall flavor and aroma profiles that the cigar had to offer. The draw was smooth and effortless with a nice burn. Effortless to enjoy and easy to appreciate any time of the day.
