EPC Cigar Co La Historia

This was an impressive looking box-pressed torpedo that had a very dark, evenly colored wrapper. The pre-light nose was light with dark fruit-like notes on the pre-light taste. The draw was incredibly smooth and delivered thick, creamy smoke to the palate. Black pepper spices developed soon after lighting and were consistent throughout the duration of the smoke. The spices were intense when retro-haled through the nose. There was a nice nuttiness in the flavor and aroma, with some cocoa and coffee-like flavors. The flavor and body intensity gained strength as the cigar was smoked, finishing very full with a long flavorful finish. Overall the cigar had great construction and burn. This was a hearty, full natured cigar that left a long impression.
