Espinosa Knuckle Sandwich Puro Nicaragua Toro

This box pressed cigar was covered with a dark brown, oily, hardy looking wrapper that was silky to the touch.  The pre-light nose had a sweet that carried over to the dry draw taste with earthy, fermented tobacco and cocoa flavors. Once lit the cigar immediately had a rich, full aroma with that had a luring, sweet aroma with wood, spice and chocolate notes.

While there was an initial intense peppery spice in the nose when retro haling the smoke, it didn’t overpower the flavor and aroma. The peppery spice also lingered on the palate but balanced well with the full flavors and aroma.  Full bodied from the start with dense, creamy textured smoke.  The draw was smooth and effortless, providing a lot of smoke to the palate with ease.

Outstanding construction, the burn was incredibly even and produced a long grey ash.  Medium strength at the start but quickly picked up to full.  A great choice for anyone who likes a flavorful powerhouse with an outstanding, full aroma.  A great cigar to sit back with and enjoy all that it has to offer.
