Falto Cigars Delirio
This cigar had great eye appeal with a classic lonsdale shape. It had an elegant feel in the hand and was incredibly solid to the touch. The pre-light nose was clean with some hay and cedar-like tones. There was a slight resistance to the draw with an overall effortless smoking experience. The smoke had a mouth watering quality that coated the palate with each puff. The burn was slow and even and clung on to a long and dense gray ash. The flavor was packed with a lot of black pepper and a nuttiness in the taste, with white pepper notes when retro-haled through the nose. The aroma had a rich and spicy characteristic that was full with a luring, crowd pleasing quality. The cigar had a mild body for the most part, with a gradual build to mild-medium. The flavor and aroma really stood out on this cigar. There was some complexity as the cigar developed as it was smoked. Some toast and graham cracker-like notes came into the picture, while a spicy backbone remained consistent throughout the duration of the cigar. This cigar was a pleasure to smoke.
