Smooth to the touch this cigar had a reddish brown, oily wrapper. There was an earthy sweetness on the pre-light smell with clean, well fermented tobacco notes on the taste with dry cedar tones. The draw was effortless and had a slight resistance, not too open or closed. The smoke was dense with a creamy texture that was consistent from the first puff to the last. It had a rich overall tone in the flavor and aroma profiles with a body that was well balanced, not overwhelming with the two, but accentuated the flavors and textures of the smoke. Some spices developed and lingered in the taste and were very present when retro-haling the smoke through the nose. It had a big, earthy cocoa note with some cedary-like sweetness and drier finish in the taste. Outstanding overall burn and construction that had an extremely even burn and smooth overall experience. This cigar had a medium body and could easily be enjoyed at anytime of the day. Not overly complex yet full of flavor.
