A dark reddish colored wrapper with a few veins and a lot of oils gave this cigar a very appealing appearance. The cigar had a nice pre-light aroma with espresso and bread-like scents. The cold draw was very flavorful noting dark chocolate and a touch of leather that lingered on the palate. After a quick torching, the cigar produced a lightly textured smoke highlighting strong flavors of burnt sugar and oak. Full medium in nicotine strength, this cigar was elegant and masterfully balanced.
