A silky smooth, slightly oily wrapper covered this box pressed robusto shaped cigar. It had mild pre-light nose with a bit of cedar on the dry-draw taste.  Once lit, the cigar offered full flavor with a full body and dense, creamy textured smoke.  There were notes of white peppery spice in the nose when retro haling the smoke but it wasn’t overwhelming.

The aroma had a sweet note with wood, cocoa and floral like tones. The draw was incredibly smooth and effortless.  Great construction overall with an incredibly even burn that hung on to a dark gray ash.  Some coffee notes developed along with more peppery spice that lingered on the palate through the finish of each puff.  Nicely balanced and effortless to enjoy.

Mild strength at first that gradually built to medium.  A fairly straightforward cigar that offered a lot of flavor without too much strength.  A great choice for anyone who enjoys a hardy cigar but doesn’t want to get knocked down.
