Illusione Cigars Group of Five Robusto
A lighter pale brown wrapper with noticeable oils covered this cigar. It had a full and tangy-sweet pre-light nose and taste. Once lit there was an immediate white pepper spice with a cocoa-like characteristic. The spicy trait was intense hen retro-haling the smoke at first, eventually becoming more manageable. The initial flavor profile had a slightly sweet tone with more spices, floral, and wood characteristics. There was some resistance to the draw but it was still generous in providing a lot of smoke with little to no effort. The body was full and dense with a creamy texture on the palate. The strength was medium becoming fuller throughout the first half of the cigar, then seemed to level out to a solid medium with a long finish. It had nice construction with a slow and mostly even burn that clung on to a dense, dark grey ash.
