J.C. Newman Cigar Co. El Baton Belicoso
This cigar had a rich and oily appearance with a dark, textured wrapper and a full, tangy-sweet smell on the nose before lighting. Great construction overall with no issues. There was some resistance to the draw but very smooth and easy. The slow and even burn produced a nearly white ash that didn’t want to fall off of the cigar. The aroma was full with earthy, sweet notes and spice right off the bat. The body of the smoke was full with medium strength through to the finish.
