Espinosa Knuckle Sandwich Chef Special 2026

This cigar had a hardy looking wrapper with a slight oily sheen and toothy appearance. It had a big pre-light nose with full, earthy, hay and cocoa-like tones that carried over to the cold-draw flavor with a tangy taste.
Once lit, the smoke was full bodied with a dense, creamy texture with subtle peppery spices that lingered through the finish of each puff. The initial spicy kick settled in the taste for the first half, allowing that creamy texture to take center stage before picking back up in the second half. The spices did, however, remain consistent in the nose when retro haling the smoke.
Full flavors from beginning to end with earthy tones, mild cocoa and coffee notes. The aroma was full and had a slightly sweet tone with more pronounced cocoa and spice. The cigar developed and changed as it was enjoyed, but wasn’t overly complex.
Medium strength with a gradual build to full that left a lasting impression in the end. Great overall construction with a draw that was incredibly smooth. It had an even burn that hung on to a long, nearly white ash. Effortless to enjoy from beginning to end.
A great choice for those who enjoy full, spicy cigars with a big personality and full strength that is definitely present but doesn’t overwhelm the experience.
