This cigar had a very attractive, dark and oily seamless wrapper. The foot was trimmed but the wrapper tobacco was not. It had a faint pre-light smell with a sweet undertone. The draw was smooth and effortless, which provided large volumes of full-bodied, creamy textured smoke to the palate with ease. There was an overall sweet and spicy tone in the aroma and taste that intensified as the cigar was enjoyed. Wood and white pepper spices dominated the flavor profile and aroma of the smoke. The burn was even and held on to a long and flaky, nearly black ash. It was an easy to enjoy cigar considering that it had a lot of flavor and spice, which never overwhelmed the palate. It continued to gain strength as it was smoked and finished with full flavors and a long finish. This cigar has smoothed out over the years, but still has a lot of its original spicy, full flavors.
