This cigar had a very dark and oily wrapper with a big pig tail cap giving this a rustic appearance. The pre-light taste was sweet with dark-fruit and cocoa-like notes. It had a lot of black pepper notes in the taste with a sweet note on the back end of each puff. The cigar continued to gain body and flavor strengths as it was smoked with more intriguing spices that developed. It was a hearty, rich cigar overall.
