A classic looking lancero shaped cigar with a darker, silky textured and oily wrapper.  It had a mild pre-light nose with clean tobacco and hay-like qualities.  The draw was smooth and effortless.  As soon as the cigar was lit it offered a unique flavor profile with a lot of spice, especially through the nose. The intense spiciness tapered off but was a consistent trait throughout.  More black pepper tones developed in the aroma and also when retro-haling the smoke, which delivered a lot more spice.  The aroma had a sweetness with a white peppery spice.  The texture became more mouthwatering as it was smoked, coating the flavors evenly around the palate.  Medium-full body with a long fuller finish.  There was a dense texture to the smoke which lingered on the palate long after it was out.  Great burn and construction overall this lancero smoked effortlessly. Not overly complex, it still offered a lot of flavor and a full, luring aroma.
