This short/petite robusto had an oily, dark chocolate colored wrapper with a few veins and no visible seams. The unlit aroma was mild but consisted of hay and natural tobacco sweetness. Once lit, the very appealing appearance gave way to a treasure trove of flavors. Espresso, anise, leather and dry cocoa were all noted on the front of the profile, while white pepper and biscuit-like flavors followed through in the back. These flavors all blended well and showed off their strength levels differently on alternating puffs.
