Mombacho Cigars S.A. Liga Maestro

Mombacho Cigars S.A. Liga Maestro

This cigar had a nice and oily, dark brown, reddish wrapper. The pre-light smell was clean and light, with a slightly sweet taste. The cigar was solid to the touch and heavy in the hand. The draw had a very slight resistance and was incredibly smooth. The burn was slow and even, which produced generous amounts of creamy textured smoke that had a nice manageable peppery spice through the nose. There were oak and cedar notes, graham cracker and more black pepper developed as the cigar was smoked. It was complex with changes and development in flavor, which was balanced on the palate. The aroma was full with a luring sweet and spicy, rich tone. The cigar was packed with full flavors and had a medium-full body. It started out easy-going and slowly built in strength as it was smoked. A unique, well made cigar with great flavor and aroma. It had a long and full flavored finish. An outstanding easy to smoke cigar overall that anyone can appreciate.
