There was a slightly reddish brown, oily wrapper covering this cigar with a very mild pre-light flavor. There was a slight resistance to the draw, still providing thick clouds of smoke to the palate that delivered full flavors. A mostly even burn held on to a long and tight light gray ash. A lot of noticeable spices, especially in the aroma and through the nose. There was an underlying rich sweetness and a fairly overall complex flavor and full body.
