Perdomo Champagne 10th Anniversary Robusto

This cigar had a golden-brown wrapper that was silky to the touch.  The pre-light nose was full and bright with sweeter notes of honey, hay and vanilla like tones – all of which were noticed on the cold draw flavor.  Once lit the smoke had a dense, creamy texture with a full body.  There were some spicy traits when retro haling the smoke through the nose, which were never overwhelming to the senses.

The draw was incredibly sooth and effortless and it had an even burn that hung on to a long ash.  Outstanding construction overall.  Some earthy notes were noticed in the aroma with mild spice, and a tangy sweetness.  Mild strength for the most part – leaning a little bit towards mild-medium in the last third of the cigar.

An extremely smooth and flavorful, mild strength cigar that offered a lot of full flavors, rich aromas, full body and balance.  A great choice for mild strength cigar fans looking for a little more when it comes to flavor – but also something people who enjoy a little more kick in strength may want to give a shot as it delivers a satisfying, flavorful experience.
