Plasencia Alma Del Cielo Toro

There was a slightly oily and vieny wrapper on this toro shaped cigar. the pre-light nose had floral and hay-like notes that carried over to the cold-draw flavor, which also had a slightly sweet taste. There were peppery spices in the nose once lit with a tangy sweet aroma that had more floral and the addition of cedar notes.
The peppery spices lingered in the taste as well as in the nose when retro haling the smoke. The flavor profile deepened as the cigar was enjoyed, becoming more robust. It had a full body, full flavor profile and medium strength to medium-full in the second half. The draw as incredibly smooth and was effortless.
Outstanding construction overall. It required no touch-ups and had an even burn that hung on to a long, white gray ash. An excellent choice for those who enjoy spicy cigars that won’t blow your socks off when it comes to strength. Not recommended for those who enjoy mild strength cigars as the strength is definitely present – just not overwhelming. A very well made and flavorful cigar through and through.
