This cigar had a marbleized, deep brown color with an oily sheen. The pre-light nose was mild with a slightly sweet note that carried over to the pre-light taste. The cigar was firm to the touch yet light in the hand. It had a smooth and effortless draw with just a little bit of resistance.  The smoke had a nice balance of sweet and spicy traits with a mouthwatering texture that coated the palate. The taste was clean with a lot of spicy pepper notes that were noticed when retro-haling the smoke through the nose. The spiciness of the cigar developed on the taste as well, which also had a sweetness in the back end of each puff. A solid medium bodied cigar that had balance and easygoing flavors.  This cigar had great construction overall with an even burn that hung on to a long and dense, light gray ash. The spiciness of the cigar intensified as it was smoked. A nice mid-day cigar that offered nice flavors and spice without overdoing the body strength.
