Quesada Cigars Casa Magna Colorado
This cigar had a dark-brown, oily wrapper with a tangy-sweet, earthy pre-light smell and taste. The cigar provided ample amount of smoke to the palate with ease and only produced clouds of smoke when puffed on. The burn was slow and extremely even, which produced a long and light gray ash. The smoke was creamy with a mouthwatering texture that spread the full and rich flavors evenly over the taste buds. There was a mild spiciness when retro-haled through the nose. The body slowly built as the cigar was smoked starting out medium, then to medium-full and finally very full at the end with a long and flavorful finish that left a lasting impression. The aroma had a luring quality; it was full, rich with a lot of chocolate and spice notes.
This was a big cigar in both size and character yet had a refined quality and overall elegant experience. Time has done this cigar very well and it could stand up to a lot more if desired. An outstanding cigar through and through
