This cigar had a hearty looking wrapper with a leathery look. It had a lot of noticeable oils and was silky to the touch. The pre-light nose was big with hardy earth and barnyard-like tones. The draw was incredibly smooth and delivered full rich flavors as soon as it was lit. Cocoa, earth, nuts, and well-fermented tobacco notes dominated the aroma and taste. White peppery tones were noticed through the nose and lingered on the back end of each puff. Great burn and construction.
