The cigar was pleasing to the eye with a silky feeling wrapper that had an oily sheen and smooth leathery appearance. It had a mild pre-light nose with interesting spices and an herbal characteristic in the taste. There were red and black pepper notes in the aroma and taste. A rich, earthy, cocoa-like note developed with a sweet undertone.
