There was a leathery looking brown wrapper with a very subtle pre-light smell. The cigar was solid to the touch and had a slight resistance on the draw. Right away there was a full and rich aroma with dense, creamy smoke that is relatively light on the palate. Excellent overall construction with a great draw and burn, which made this cigar effortless to enjoy. Some spices develop along with a present, underlying body. The cigar quickly intensified delivering a full spicy character that had a long and flavorful finish with tobacco, earth, and some cocoa notes.
