RoMa Craft Tobac Neanderthal HoxD

This smaller cigar had a dark, oily wrapper with an exaggerated flat head. The pre-light nose was full of deep earthy notes with some cocoa-like tones that carried over to the cold-draw flavor, which also had a woody note. The cigar immediately provided full, robust flavors once lit with lingering peppery spices in the taste. The aroma was similar to the pre-light notes only more intense.
The peppery spices gained momentum and were a consistent trait throughout the experience, lingering in the taste and through the nose when retro haling the smoke. It had a full body with a dense texture, full flavors and full strength that settled in not long after lighting. The spices did, however, settle some in the taste becoming more balanced with the other characteristics of the cigar.
Great construction with a smooth, effortless draw and an outstanding burn that hung on to a light gray ash. A big experience in a little size, this was a hardy cigar that delivered a full experience across the board while delivering a lot of flavor and aroma.
