Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust Umbagog Bronzeback Robusto

This cigar had a slightly oily sheen, was heavy in the hand and solid to the touch. The pre-light nose was full and had a tangy sweet, earthy tone. The cold draw flavor had a similar sweet tone with earthy hay-like notes. As soon as the cigar was lit it boasted full, rich flavors and a creamy smooth, full body.
There was a tolerable amount of spice through the nose when retro haling the smoke. Outstanding construction from the first puff to the last. The draw was incredibly smooth and effortless with a deliberate amount of resistance. The burn was even and held on to a long, nearly white ash. Full flavors, full body and medium strength gradually built to full.
Extremely well-balanced textures on the palate. It had a full aroma with ore earthy tones, spices, mild sweetness and some woody notes. An outstanding robust and flavorful experience overall – refined and sophisticated. This was a hardy smoking experience that is ideal when the situation allows one to just kick back and relax with to let the time slowly slip away.
