Villiger Cigars San’Doro Claro

Villiger Cigars San’Doro Claro

This cigar was covered with a silky smooth golden brown wrapper. The pre-light nose was light with mild hay-like notes and a slightly sweet graham cracker-like note on the pre-light taste. Once lit the smoke was light bodied yet was rich in delicate flavors. After a couple inches in some black and white pepper notes were detected when retro-haling the smoke through the nose, lingering on the palate. The aroma also developed and became richer as the cigar was smoked with a honey-like sweetness and luring tobacco notes. The flavor circled around the tongue with just enough of a mouthwatering quality to help spread the flavors evenly. The burn and construction were outstanding. It produced a long and dense, light gray ash. While this cigar had a mild body it had a lot of flavor. This was a great mild-bodied cigar overall with balance and finesse. This is a great cigar for someone new to the hobby or for the seasoned hobbyist looking for a mild cigar that offers a lot of flavor.
