Villiger Cigars Villiger 1888 Torpedo

Villiger Cigars Villiger 1888 Torpedo

This cigar had a classic looking wrapper and shape. It had a light, yet rich smell with sweet wood and floral notes that were also noticed on the pre-light taste. The draw had the slightest resistance, which added to the overall smooth and effortless experience this cigar provided. Once lit the cigar offered a full sweet aroma with a mild pepper spice that developed on the back end of each puff and lingered in the taste. The burn was slow and even producing a tight, light gray ash. While the spices in the aroma and taste were consistent, the cigar had a creamy, clean texture. A medium body slowly built as the cigar was smoked and accentuated the full flavored characteristics of this cigar. It finished on the medium-full end of the spectrum. Outstanding overall construction. Well balanced and quite an enjoyable cigar.
