MIAMI BEACH, FL — May 2026 — X at One Ocean, an ultra-luxury, members-only cigar

club, is set to open in the heart of Miami Beach’s prestigious South of Fifth neighborhood.

Located on the ground level of the iconic One Ocean condominium building, the club introduces

a new global standard—merging the exclusivity of a private social club with the culture of the

world’s most sought-after cigars.

Designed for a highly curated clientele, X at One Ocean offers a contemporary, elevated

sanctuary where rare cigars, exceptional wines and spirits, refined hospitality, and discreet

luxury converge in a way never before seen.

A Defining Partnership in the World of Cigars

In a landmark move for the cigar industry, Arturo Fuente — makers of the legendary Fuente

Fuente OpusX cigar—have granted the club the right to use the coveted “X” designation, one of

the most revered symbols in premium cigars.

The decision followed a private visit by Carlos “Carlito” Fuente Jr., who personally

experienced the club and its vision.

“In our world, the ‘X’ stands for something rare—something that must be earned,” said Fuente.

“When I experienced X at One Ocean, I saw a level of respect for the cigar tradition combined

with a forward-thinking vision that is truly unique. It represents a new chapter in how this

culture can be experienced. The ‘X’ is not given lightly. X at One Ocean brings something new,

while honoring everything that matters. Cigars are about moments, about connection, about

passion. X at One Ocean captures that spirit in a completely new way. It’s rare to see something

that both respects tradition and advances the cigar culture forward.”

This rare endorsement underscores the significance of the concept. Further elevating the

experience, the club’s humidor program will be personally curated by Carlito Fuente, ensuring

access to some of the most limited and sought-after cigars in the world, alongside a carefully

selected range of other elite offerings.

A Radical Departure from the Traditional Cigar Lounge

Conceived by entrepreneur Linden Nelson, X at One Ocean was built to challenge every

expectation of what a cigar lounge can be.

“We didn’t set out to build another cigar lounge—we set out to create a completely new

category,” said Nelson. “This is where private membership, world-class service, and a truly

elevated cigar experience come together in a way that simply doesn’t exist anywhere else. We

are not just selling cigars and cocktails, we are providing an experience.”

The club embraces a bold, ultra-contemporary design language—clean, architectural, and

unmistakably Miami Beach. The One Ocean building itself, often described as resembling a

futuristic sculpture, sets the tone for a space that is both striking and sophisticated.

Inside, the club features seating for 54 members in a light-filled environment, appointed

with custom Italian-made leather furnishings from the Saintluc line of Italian design house

Amura, more commonly found in ultra-luxury residences than commercial spaces.

An Outdoor Sanctuary Unlike Anything Else in Miami

A defining feature of X at One Ocean is its expansive, private covered outdoor patio,

accommodating up to 170 guests. Completely concealed by dense, lush landscaping, the space

offers total privacy—creating an immersive, resort-like environment hidden in plain sight.

Furnished exclusively with pieces from Spanish luxury design house Vondom, the outdoor

experience blends comfort, design, and discretion at the highest level.

Beyond the Lounge: A Global Membership Experience

X at One Ocean is not simply a destination—it is a platform for a broader lifestyle.

Membership will unlock access to a curated calendar of private events, tastings, and bespoke

experiences, both within the club and at exclusive locations around the world. The club is

designed to serve as a hub for connection, culture, and shared passion among a highly selective

community.

Exclusivity by Design

Membership at X at One Ocean will be extremely limited, highly curated, and premium by

design. Specific details regarding capacity and pricing have not been publicly disclosed.

A New Landmark in Miami Beach

Situated steps from some of the country’s most iconic dining destinations—including Carbone,

Joe’s Stone Crab, and Prime 112—X at One Ocean is poised to become a defining fixture in

Miami Beach’s luxury landscape.
